This page describes Northern Journal’s policies for refunds and cancelations. Customers can cancel their paid membership at any time with no penalty, with the membership running to the completion of the term that has already been paid. Refunds for paid memberships can be requested via email to nat[at]northernjournal[dot]com and will be promptly issued through Stripe, Northern Journal’s payment processor. Customers can cancel their paid membership at any time with no penalty, with the membership running to the completion of the term that has already been paid.
Refunds for paid memberships can be requested via email to nat[at]northernjournal[dot]com and will be promptly issued through Stripe, Northern Journal’s payment processor.
Refunds take 5-10 days to appear on a customer's statement. Stripe's small fees for the original payment won't be returned, but there are no additional fees for the refund.
